Rep. Harriet Hageman, who represents Wyoming’s at-large district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on her social media account addressing wildlife management, federal policy, and drug legislation.
On July 15, 2025, Hageman wrote: “Grizzlies in the Yellowstone region have recovered. My bill lets Wyoming manage its own wildlife, without DC interference.”
The following day, she commented on national policy: “We didn’t need more policy, just a new president.” This statement was posted on July 16, 2025.
Later that same day, Hageman referenced recent legislative action targeting drug trafficking: “The HALT Fentanyl Act being signed into law today, is a major victory in our fight against the cartels and the crisis devastating our nation. Republicans are making America safe again.”
Harriet Hageman has served as Wyoming’s at-large representative since 2023 after succeeding Liz Cheney. She was born in Fort Laramie in 1962 and currently resides in Cheyenne. Hageman holds both a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming.
