Rep. Harriet Hageman, U.S. Congresswoman representing Wyoming’s at-large district since 2023, highlighted recent legislative and policy developments in a series of tweets posted on July 21 and 22, 2025.
On July 21, Hageman expressed support for the current administration’s achievements, stating: “With @POTUS in office, we have achieved some historic wins over the past 6 months. Promises made, promises kept.”
Continuing her remarks on public safety and law enforcement the following day, she wrote: “We told the American people we would restore law and order, and we’re delivering. Thank you to our brave @ICEgov agents for keeping Wyoming safe.” This message acknowledged federal immigration enforcement efforts within her state.
Later on July 22, Hageman commented on a significant sports policy change: “The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee has finally banned men from competing in women’s sports. In alignment with @POTUS’ EO, they’ve updated their policy to protect fairness and safety for female athletes. This is a huge victory for women everywhere!”
Harriet Hageman succeeded Liz Cheney as Wyoming’s sole representative in Congress beginning in 2023. Born in Fort Laramie in 1962 and currently residing in Cheyenne, Hageman holds both undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Wyoming.
