Rep. Harriet Hageman, who represents Wyoming’s at-large district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of posts on her official X account discussing legislative transparency and political accountability.
On July 22, 2025, Hageman posted a tweet that included only a link: https://t.co/ac1RubrY4P.
The following day, July 23, she commented on recent legislative developments and referenced her colleague Tulsi Gabbard: “It was great to celebrate the passage of the OBBBA with @DNIGabbard at the White House. She has done a yeoman’s job exposing the Obama administration’s absolute corruption.
We now know why they were set to destroy President Trump-they feared he would uncover their dirty tricks. https://t.co/0ZxKlSgsZ6“
On July 24, Hageman addressed government transparency efforts: “Congress must shine a light on D.C.’s hidden backroom deals. Transparency is non-negotiable.
That’s why I’ve introduced legislation alongside @SenMikeLee to ensure D.C. officials are accountable to the public and Congress.”
Harriet Hageman began serving as Wyoming’s sole representative in Congress in 2023 after succeeding Liz Cheney. Born in Fort Laramie, Wyoming in 1962, Hageman resides in Cheyenne and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming (earned in 1989).
