Lummis supports Trump’s executive order on digital assets

U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis has expressed her support for President Trump’s recent executive order on digital assets. In a statement, Lummis commended the administration’s commitment to promoting digital asset innovation in the United States.

“President Trump has promised to make this administration the most pro-digital asset in U.S. history, and within these first days, he is already fulfilling that promise with this executive order,” said Lummis. She emphasized that under Trump’s leadership, the U.S. aims to become a global leader in financial innovation and digital asset advancement.

Lummis also mentioned her intention to collaborate with President Trump and fellow lawmakers on bipartisan legislation related to bitcoin and digital assets. She highlighted the importance of addressing regulatory challenges such as SAB 121, Operation Chokepoint 2.0, and legal actions against digital asset companies.
