Census Bureau: More men than women in Cheyenne in 2020

Of the 64,099 people living in Cheyenne in 2020, 49.6 percent (31,820) were women and 50.4 percent (32,279) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Wyoming News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,835. In the 65 and over age range, there were 5,974 females and 4,917 males.
