The City of Albany is excited to announce its first, annual Albany Trick or Trot Pumpkin Run 5K on Saturday, October 29th at 5:45 p.m. The Trick or Trot 5K is a great race for all ages, featuring a beautiful course through historic Washington Park and kicks off with an amazing fireworks display by East Capital Park, in front of City Hall. Participants are encouraged to dress up in your favorite Halloween costumes, as we walk & run through Albany and Washington Park. The race also features chip timing by Albany Running Exchange, age and gender based divisional awards, Halloween treats for participants and random prize drawings. Awards recognition and posting of results takes place at the East Capital Park following the race. All registered runners will receive a free Trick or Trot Pumpkin Run long-sleeve wicking fabric shirt. For more information, go to www.albanyevents.org
