BOARD OF HEALTH RESOLUTION 2023-01
RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME, DATE AND LOCATION OF REGULAR MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Board of Health was created by City of Laramie ordinance located in Laramie Municipal Code 2.20;
WHEREAS, this resolution shall meet the requirements of Wyoming State Statute 16-4-404(a) setting the regular meeting date, time and location;
WHEREAS, the regular meetings of the City of Laramie Board of Health shall be held quarterly on the third Thursday of the month in the Annex Conference Room;
WHEREAS, staff have recommended a time change from 6:15 pm to 5:30 pm.
NOW THEREFORE THE BOARD OF HEALTH OF LARAMIE, WYOMING RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the Regular Meetings of Board of Health shall be held quarterly on the third Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm in the Annex Conference Room located at 405 Grand Avenue, Laramie, WY.
Section 2: Any Special Meetings or Work Sessions will be noticed to public in accordance with Wyoming State Statue Title 16 Article 4- Public Meetings.
Section 3: That all meetings of the Board of Health shall be held in hybrid format to allow attendance in person and via web-conferencing.
